Vacant Interiors is a one-stop shop for your carpet needs. In addition to carpet installation, we also sell carpet from Shaw, Mohawk and Engineered Floors / Dream Weaver, which are all 5-star-rated manufacturers. We know and trust these brands, and we’re confident that you’ll be satisfied with the quality and variety.

Carpet comes in all different colors and textures, and it can dramatically change the overall look and feel of a room or space.

What to think about when it comes to carpet:

• thickness of the carpet for the space

• f the carpet will go in a room with high traffic, consider a thicker carpet to absorb the noise

• if you have a pet or if someone has allergies, consider a carpet that’s not too shaggy

Feel free to browse on your own or work with one of our expert carpet consultants. Our showroom is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Saturday by appointment.

Installing carpet correctly is critical. If it’s not done accurately, it can decrease the value of the space and affect the durability of the carpet. That’s why we have full-time employees: they consistently provide high-quality, exceptional service.

The Process

1. Select: To purchase your carpet, come visit our showroom, one of our carpet experts will answer any questions you have and help you make a selection.

2. Measure and quote: We will measure the areas for you in order to provide you with a quote for the carpet, as well as any additional items like pad and tackstrip, and installation. Our estimates always show the exact price of the final service without hidden charges. 

3. Install: We’ll set up a day and time that works for you to have our professional carpet installers do the installation. Our employees are respectful of your time and space, and they will handle the job with precision and care. Installation includes: ​​

   1. Furniture will need to be removed to replace the carptet​

   2. Remove the old carpet and pad

   3. Sweep all of the sub floors

   4. Install the pad

   5. Install the carpet

   6. Vacuum carept

   7. Put back any furniture​

Our guarantee: If there are ever any problems with our installation, we will fix them for no charge.

• Pre-treat spots to help remove stubborn stains

• Pre-condition the carpet

• Use a soft water rinse “wand” extraction method

• Do post spotting to give extra help with stains

• Groom your carpet from a truck-mounted system

• Upon request, we can apply a full application of 3M Scotchgard™ Protector and/or special treatments for eliminating pet odors.
